Directions From the motorway (toll)At the former border (Kiefersfelden / Kufstein) and at the gas stations in Germany, there is the sticker for about € 7.90, valid for 10 days. Munich - Salzburg motorway A8 - Inntaldreieck Innsbruck, then take the exit Wiesing (Achensee / Year) - Zell am Ziller / Mayrhofen, 500 m from Mayrhofen to the left towards Brandberg / Zillergrund, the fire-Tunnel (Note: on the exit tunnel, turn right left!) straight across the wooden bridge towards Mayrhofen / Ziller Holiday hotel grounds, downstream about 200m back over the bridge, then turn right to the last house.
Directions to the Achensee (toll free)Salzburg motorway A8 - exit Holzkirchen exit and go to Tegernsee, after which the route Achensee signs, including through the Inn valley motorway, direction Zell am Ziller / Mayrhofen, about 500 m from Mayrhofen to the left towards Brandberg / Zillergrund, by the Fire Mountain Tunnel (note: exit tunnel prior right to left) go straight across the wooden bridge towards Mayrhofen / Vacation Hotel Zillergrund, downstream about 200m back over the bridge, then turn right to the last house, You have arrived at the dock yard Lacher
